Worker was grinding on a metal "spoon" attachment to a skidsteer loader, when they were hit in the eye by some of the grindings.

Worker said was carrying a crusher screen up to a conveyor deck, when EE felt a popping sensation in the groin area. EE pushed on the area where EE experienced the popping sensation to suppress the protrusion.
Worker says EE was climbing a ladder to access area of crusher when EE felt a "poke" in EE's knee. Worker has experienced instability in EE's knee.

Miner had previously been torch cutting a hole into a plate on the jaw crusher when he inadvertently grabbed an area on the plate that was still hot.

Miner was loading scrap metal into a dumpster via a skid steer loader. When raising loader arms to dump into dumpster, one of the loading forks came loose from loader, bounced off of dumpster and into the cab of the loader, striking miner on the leg. Miner was left with deep cut on his shin.
