Employee was ascending haul truck and felt a pain in left shoulder. Able to continue normal duties. An MRI was done on 12/13/2019, company received report on 12/18/2019, which made the incident reportable.

He did not miss any time. He was helping welder on plant but was not doing the welding. He was wearing eye protection.
