THE PERSON WAS OPERATING A HAND HELD GRINDER GRINDING A PIECE OF METAL AND HE HELD THE GRINDER TOO CLOSE TO HIS LEG AND IT MADE A CUT IN HIS LEG WHICH REQUIRED 8 STITCHES
