EE was performing maintenance on secondary crusher, when he dropped a wrench. He stepped off the platform on the secondary to the conveyor to retrieve the wrench. In the process, he turned his right ankle.

THE OPERATOR WAS BRINGING THE DRILL ONTO THE LEDGE WHEN HE DRILL TURNED TOO SHARP, TRAPPING OPERTOR BETWEEN THE DRILL AND THE COMPRESSOR WHICH WAS BEING PULLED BEHIND THE DRILL, RESULTING IN R IGHT LEG BROKEN IN 2 PLACES, AND MUSCLE DAMAGE TO BOTH LEGS.
