Employee was cleaning auger hole and some piece of top was going up conveyor. He went to the conveyor to throw the pieces off. A piece rolled down and hit his finger between a rock and the paddle on the conveyor.
Was loading hoses and water pump into bucket of excavator, when the bucket moved and struck employee in the chest.
