THE TRUCK STARTED TO ROLL 15403HE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO ENTER THE MOVING TRUCK. HE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL IN STOPPING HIS TRUCK AND THE DRIVER WAS RUN OVER BY HIS VEHICLE.
