RAISED UP AND HIT BACK AGAINST ROOF. EE HAD NO WITNESS. TO MY UNDERSTANDING HE CAME OUTSIDE OF MINES, WALKED THROUGH MINE OFFICE, GAVE NO INFORMATION ON HIS CONDITION & DROVE HIS OWN AUTOMOBIL E OFF MINE SITE.
