EMPLOYEE WAS CHECKING TO SEE IF HIS BIN WAS CLEANING OUT AFTER EACH LOAD. ON THE WAY DOWN THE STAIRS HE STUMBLED ON THE FOURTH STEP FROM THE BOTTOM, LANDING ON HIS RIGHT WRIST AS HE FELL. THIS HAS STRAINED THE LIGAMENTS IN HIS RIGHT ARM.
