Employee was removing a grease hose from a bearing on a coal feeder when the wrench EE was using slipped and mashed EE's right ring finger between the wrench and the guard on the coal feeder bearing causing a cut to EE's finger requiring 2 stitches and returned back to work 3 hours later

While using a grinder to remove a rusty bolt the grinder kicked back and struck the chin.

Employee was closing open doors on train cars, prying them shut with a bar, when bar slipped out of door, releasing pressure on bar causing employee to stumble, causing pain to shoulder, back, & neck area - On 1-6-14 EE was treated in the ER with a return to work with no limitations. On 2-7-14 EE was seen by a specialist. On 2-10-14 EE would be off work for 3 weeks.
