THE PASSENGER OF THE TRUCK JUMPE D WHILE THE OPERATOR RODE IT OUT, TILL THE TRUCK OVERTURNED. BOTH THE OPERATOR AND PASSENGER WERE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL.
PASSENGER IN A COMPNAY BOOM TRUCK.THE TRUCK BECAME A RUNAWAY AND THE EMPLOYEE JUMPED CLEAR OF THE TRUCK.
EMPLOYEE WAS CARRYING AN OXYGEN BOTTLE WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. EMPLOYEE NOW COMPLAINS OF A KNOT IN HIS LOWER ABDOMEN WHICH HE STRAINED WHILE CARRYING THE OXYGEN BOTTLE A DISTANCE OF ABOUT 10 FT .
EE WAS PAINTING BOLTS IN THE PREPARATION PLANT. HE STEPPED OFF A LADDER INTO THE MIDDLE OF AN X BRACE AND STRAINED HIS TESTICLE.
EMPLOYEE SLIPPED WHILEDESCENDING DOWN A SLOPE TO ENTER THE RAW COAL TUNNEL AT THE PREPARATION PLANT.IT WAS RAINING WITH SNOW MIXED IN AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. EMPLOYEE TWISTED HIS KNEE.
