Employee was doing routine winter maintenance on a skid loader. Employee raised the radiator to access the winter engine heater and the hydraulic cylinder that holds the radiator up malfunctioned. This allowed the radiator to drop and pinched the employee's left hand. Employee received 6 stitches on the top of his left hand and has a fractured left thumb.
