While changing drill steel out to a different length it misaligned causing operator to need to physically move it by hand while doing so the operator dropped the drill steel and it landed on ring finger tip right hand

EE WAS SHOOK UP OF COURSE BU T SAID HE HAD NO INJURIES. HOWEVER WE DO NOT KNOW HOW HE ESCAPED THEM AS THE FRONT GLASS WAS BROKEN BUT ROLL OVER ROPS BARS BENT & STEERING WHEEL SCUFFED. EE WAS VERY LUCKY & NOT TO BE IN ARE
