EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING DOWN BOAT RAMP AFTER A HEAVY RAIN STORM, WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL. HIS LOWER BACK MADE CONTACT WITH A 14" POLYURETHANE PIPE
