EE CLAIMS HE TOOK JUG OF WATER OUT OF REFRIGERATOR AND CLAIMS TO HAVE DRANK 1/4 OF THE GALLON BEFORE REALIZING THERE WAS SOMETHING OTHER THAN WATER IN IT. HE CLAIMS HE GOT ILL AND VOMITTED BUT NO EVIDENCE WAS EVER FOUND.
EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO PULL ROCK OUT THAT WAS STUCK IN CRUSHER AND WHEN HE WAS CLIMBING OUT OF CRUSHER HE SPRAINED HIS SHOULDER.
