A Miner suffered a strain to EE's right knee while exiting the cab of a Skid Steer Loader. EE missed the step on the bucket while exiting the cab causing EE to lose EE's balance and fall resulting in EE's injury.
Lumbar strain sustained while carrying used shoes away from the vertical shaft crusher for disposal. Medical attention was requested on 05/18/2020.

Four men were threading bowl of 1560 crusher into mainframe. While pushing on spud bar, the injured employee fell forward, hitting railing and fell backward to decking landing on his back. Unknown if bar slipped or crusher moved.
While using a 6' step ladder, he leaned against the clean burn furnace. The ladder bottom moved out causing employee to fall 3.5' - 4' striking left shoulder/arm on anti-spin device from omni cone crusher which was laying on the shop floor.

WHILE OPERATOR WAS STEPPING OUT OF THE DRILL, HE STEPPED ON A ROCK, AND TURNED HIS ANKLE, AND HE WAS HOLDING ONTO THE DOOR FRAME WITH HIS RIGHT HAND, AND SLAMMED THE DOOR WITH HIS LEFT HAND, W HILE HIS RIGHT HAND WAS STRILL IN THE WAY IT WASPINCHED IT THE DOOR.
WHILE CLEANING UNDER THE BIG BUCKET ELEVATOR, THE LIP OF THE LOADER BUCKET STRUCK A R.R. TRACK WHICH WAS UNDER GROUND. THE LOADER CAME TO AN INSTANT STOP, CAUSING WHIP-LASH TO THE OPERATOR.
WHILE WORKING IN THE MILL BUILDING HELPING A WELDER SUBJECT WAS EXPOSED TO WELDING FLASH CAUSINGFLASH BURNS TO THE EYES. THE BURNS WERE NOT FELTUNTIL THE SUBJECT WAS AT HOME AT WHICH TIME HE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. HE RECEIVED SALVE IN HIS EYES ALONG WITH PATCHES AND PAIN MEDICINE.

WHILE WORKING AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE PRIMARY CRUSHER, HE STRUCK HIS LEFT KNEE AGAINST THE CRUSHER STEM. THE BUMP DID NOT BOTHER HIM UNTIL 10-4-89, WHEN HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND RECEIVED A S HOT THEN LATER THAT NIGHT HE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. IT WAS WRAPPED AND HAD X-RAYS.
SUBJECT WAS STANDING OFF TO ONE SIDE OF A FLAT BED TRAILER, LOADED WITH A BE CRANE WHICH WAS BEING UNLOADED. THERE WAS A SUPPORT ANGLE IRON ON THE BOOM WHICH WAS UP APPROX. 6". THE INJURED HAD HIS HAND RESTING ON THE SURFACE OF THE TRAILER BED UNDER THE ANGLE IRON SUPPORT WHEN THE CABLE ON THE BOOM MOVED, CAUSING SOME SLACK, ALLOWING THE BOOM TO COME DOWN AND STRUCK HIS FINGER.
