Individual (non-miner) was working on Loader (980m) when EE turned around and headed back to the truck. Individual lost balance and collapsed. EE was transported to the Medical Center and was treated for factors resulting from stress, anxiety, severe dehydration and low iron. No other factors were contributing for this Illness.

Injured employee was cutting conveyor belting with a box cutter towards EE's body and punctured just under right knee.
Injured worker was using a hand held shovel and as they stepped on it to dig they strained their left calf muscle.
Employee was working on a conveyor belt using air impact gun. While using the impact gun, the clamp that holds the quick connect hose came undone and the hose whipped around and struck employee on lower lip, causing small laceration in inner and outer lower lip.

Injured Worker was unloading anvils did not complain of any injury, the next morning ee showed up to work with bruising and a small knot located on left bicep. Injured worker was sent to the clinic for evaluation which diagnosis is pending an MRI to be certain.
Injured worker was changing a grease line hose and employee was hooking up harness to cable system and cut finger on a sharp piece of metal

Injured worker was cutting a cleated conveyor belt using a utility knife when the blade reached the thicker part of the belt, the blade skipped causing the blade to cut worker's right leg above knee
A rock fell on injured workers hand, resulting in severe bruising only.
Injured worker was trying to move a portable air compressor onto a truck, dropped compressor on foot.

Employee was walking under a conveyor belt, stepped in mud and twisted ankle. The employee worked remainder of the shift, then went to doctor the next day. Employee was diagnosed with a broken bone in right ankle.

Employee was seen in the parking lot bent over and sick at his stomach. Employee was pale, weak and complaining of chest pain. Decision made to transport to doctor. An ambulance was called and transported employee to hospital. Initial diagnosis determined employee had suffered a mild heart attack. Employee is recovering at this time.

EE WAS WALKING AROUND CRUSHER. IT HAD RAINED EARLIER. EE STEPPED INTO MUS, LOST HIS FOOTING AND FELL HITTING HIS RIGHT SHOULDER ON THE GROUND.
EE WAS WORKING ON IMPACT CRUSHER CHANGING OUT BLOW BARS, HE CLIMBED ON SIDE OF CRUSHER WITH ONE FOOT ON CRUSHR AND THE OTHER ON A HANDRAIL. HE TURNED HIS BODY CAUSING THE FOOT ON THE HANDRAIL TO SLIP. EE FELL HITTING HIS LEFT RIB CAGE AGAINST HANDRAIL.
