EE WAS WORKING ON CONE CRUSHER APPROX. 4 FEET ABOVE THE PLATFORM. WHEN HE WENT TO GET DOWN, HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND LANDED HARD WITH BOTH FEET BRUISING HIS RIGHT FOOT.
WHILE EE WAS WALKING DOWN TO THE CRUSHER CARRYING A ROLL IN HIS HAND. HE SLIPPED AND FELL ON THE ICE AND BRUISED HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.

THIS JOB IS USUALLY DONE BY TWO PERSONS.
