Rosk wedged in bottom of hopper door vibrating Grizzly Feeder. One employee was hitting the rock with sledge hammer and a piece of rock broke off and hit another employee in the eye standing adjacent on catwalk causing damage to right eye. Had PPE off to wipe eyes.
