Employee was a passenger in a mantrip. While on the ME travelway @ XC 76-77 they ran over an 8" rock, causing the employee to strike their hard hat on the canopy of the mantrip causing pain in neck and top of head.

A roof bolter was putting glue and bolt in hole they had drilled in Unit 2, Entry 6 @ 24+60 when a piece of rock fell. This resulted in a small laceration between lip and nose that received stitches.
While walking to battery charger un Unit 2 Battery Barn XC 122 2nd Outby charger, employee tripped and fell on their right side. This resulted in 2 broken ribs.
Examiner stepped and twisted knee while walking to sign board at #2 PC (next to left side on U2 PC)
While working as a miner operator, employee reports numbness in both right and left hands up to elbows and, at times, in fingertips. Employee continued to work until January 28th.

Ram car driver in Unit 1, #10 entry 29+40 between XC 29+40 - 30+00 reached out of the ram car to get drops out of the way to better see miner operator and caught middle and ring finger of right hand between the rib and canopy of the ram car.
Struck in mouth by a steel for boring holes in 2x4. After finishing making a hole in 2x4, when removing steel, employee punched self in the face with steel, resulting in a chipped front tooth.

Employee was pulling down on a piece of curtain attached to hog panel. They fell to the ground on their right shoulder.
While roof bolter was hanging cable in Entry 10 XC in Unit 3, a cable reel from 416 RB struck the employee, causing employee to fall down.
Employee had just finished drilling top steel, and inserted bottom steel into the top steel, started bringing the pod (pot) to the bottom steel and missed inserting into the pod, causing the steel to flex away and pop back to their hand. This resulted in a small break at base of thumb.
While building a stopping, employee pulled a block off the pallet which struck EE's left wrist/forearm resulting in a small abrasion and strain on forearm.
Employee walked into staging area after exiting mantrip and felt abdominal pain with pulling sensation. Employee continued to work until March 13, 2025.

Bolter operator was putting up outside bolt when the weight of a rock bent the hog panel. The employee was holding up a bolt when the hog panel pushed their hand, causing them to jerk their arm back quickly. The jerking motion caused a strain in their upper right arm/shoulder. They were taken off work on June 3rd.
Employee was loading pin boards bundles and when employee threw a bundle it was heavier than they realized and pulled employee's shoulder back. Employee continued to work until 6/6/24 when employee was taken off for additional evaluation.
The employee loaded block and a mandoor in the bucket of their scoop. The door slid and struck the employee on EE's right shin causing a laceration that was treated with stitches.
