2 team members were disassembling the VFR when the hose fell and hit 1 team members right hand between EE's index and thumb.

Employee was using three points of contact to get into the telehandler lift prior to operation.

it was a clear day and the injured employee was changing a light on a haul truck. They asked another employee to lower the hood and the hood was heavier than the employee thought and it hit the injured employee in the right forearm and a laceration was caused.

Operator was helping reset the nose cone on the scalping deck, and EE's finger was pinched between both.

Employee was reaching for tools next to a pallet of VSI shoes and one of the shoes fell off of the pallet and struck the top Rt hand of the employee.

Replacing gearbox and it slipped out of hand and tried to catch it pinning left pinky finger in between gearbox and metal rail.

After opening the window to view the amps of the plant, EE went to close the window and EE's hand went through the glass. as a result cutting EE's wrist on the glass.

The miner was stepping up from ground level onto the foundation of a concrete conveyor foundation support. The distance was approximately 24 inches. No other contributing factors. The miner was holding a metal wedge weighing approximately one pound.

Employee did not have a good grip on a piece of angle iron that EE went to pick up and as a result the angle iron fell on EE's right hand causing a laceration that required 8 stitches.
