Employee was setting conveyor tail piece and was placing a crib block under the leg of the tail piece when the tail piece shifted and pinched the employees left thumb. The injury required 3 stitches to close wound.

Bolt machine operator stated that had lost suction on the roof bolter. EE assumed something was clogging the pre-dump area and attempted to clear any obstructions. In the process of cleaning out the obstruction, two of EE's fingers were smashed causing a laceration to the fingers.
Attempting to loosen a hydraulic fitting and felt something pop in EE's shoulder.
Employee was unloading an electric motor and motor flipped from pallet and struck their leg.
