The employee was using a sledgehammer to knock out bolts on sag mill liners. During a swing the sledgehammer head slipped off a bolt end causing the employee's right wrist to twist awkwardly which resulted in a sprained right wrist

Mostrando los 16Employee was using a hammer to remove GET causing a small piece to contact EE's ear. A small piece of foreign body was removed from EE's ear requiring a suture and returned to work full duty.
Driller on LF-90 Core Drill was removing the bit from the core barrel. The driller put a 36" pipe wrench on the bit and pulled on it. When the bit broke loose the pipe wrench slipped off. This caused the driller to fall with the pipe wrench in EE' hand. EE's thumb was pinched between the deck and pipe wrench on impact. The tip of thumb required 6 stitches to repair the damage.
