The employee was cutting a zip tie with a utility knife in right hand, after cutting through, the forward motion of their arm/hand allowed the knife to cut into their arm about three inches above their wrist. Three sutures were used on the laceration.

Breaking salt lumps out of a dryer with a sledge hammer (20#). Hit the dryer chute at a awkward angle and felt a vibration in EE's right shoulder. Was unable to use the hammer without pain.
