While loosening a nut with a ratchet and socket, socket slipped off nut pinching right pinky finger between ratchet handle and the ground, lacerating finger.

EE was prying a conveyor head pulley in preparation for assembly, the pry bar slipped and EE fell into conveyor frame, pinching and lacerating the tip of their right index finger.

While replacing a screen on wash plant another EE was using a pry bar to align the new screen, the other EE did not see EE's hand in the way and struck EE's hand with the pry bar causing a laceration between EE's ring and pinky finger of EE's right hand. 2 stitches at ER.

While cutting old belting with a utility knife, EE slipped and lacerated left thumb requiring 2 or 3 stitches.

Working on roller with another employee, placed in under a down swinging manual hammer. Hammer hit 4th ring finger

EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING ON A ROPE ATTEMPTING TO OPEN A BIN. THE ROPE BROKE AND EMPLOYEE FELL ONTO THE WATER RETURN FOR THE SCREW.

EE WAS DRIVING SLACK ADJUSTER WITH A HAMMER AND PUNCH. HAMMER SLIPPED AND HIT HIS RIGHT SIDE INNER KNEE.

EE WAS CHANGING STARTER SOLENOID WHEN HE TWISTED BACK DUE TO AWKWARD POSITION.
