EE was cutting a piece of belt for the jaw feeder. EE was holding the rubber with left hand and cutting with the right. While cutting, the utility knife slipped and struck the EE on the left inside forearm. EE was cutting towards self. EE sustained a laceration that required 5 stitches. EE continues to work and did not miss any days of work.

Mostrando los 6EE was trying to remove a large piece of metal from the conveyor magnet. Typical pieces were not this large. The EE used a crowbar to open a gap between the metal and the magnet. When trying to pry the piece off with a shovel, the shovel slipped causing the metal plate to snap back to the magnet, crushing the EE's left thumb.
EE was using a sledgehammer to clear a chute. When they struck the metal with the sledgehammer, their little finger was caught between the handle and the metal, causing a fracture.
