EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING A HAMMER WRENCH BEING STRUCK BY ANOTHER EMLOYEE. WHEN THE OTHER EMPLOYEE WAS SWINGING THE HAMMER HE HIT A BOLT, WHICH THE HAMMER BOUNCED OFF OF AND INTO THE HAND OF THE EMPLOYEE.
