Empl was helping other empls get an ATV unstuck from mire. Trackhoe was called in. Trackhoe got stuck. Operator stood up to dismount from trackhoe when leg hit lever causing boom to swing to the right striking empl in the lower back area. Empl received bruises from being hit. Has gone to doctor and received pain medication

He sought out a chiropractor on 1/25. He has continued to work everyday and the only time he has missed has been for chiropractor visits. After 3 visits he states his back is sore but is better
Employee was assisting with welding of lagging onto head pulley for a conveyor belt. He was attempting to hold lagging when the welding rod contacted the head pully causing an arc. He was not wearing eye protection at that time because he was not expecting an arc. Employee felt the effects of flash burn to his eyes after he got home from work later that day.
EE WAS WORKING NEAR AND WITH 2 WELDERS. THEY WERE WORKING ON A TROUGH AT THE SAND PLANT. EE APPARENTLY WAS EXPOSED ACCIDENTALLY TO THE WELDING FLASH, THUS INJURING HIS EYES.
INJURED WAS HELPING INSTALL A CLUTCH ON A 671 ENGINE ON OUR DREDGE. CLUTCH WAS INSTALLED WITH AID OF HOIST AND CHAIN. AFTER CLUTCH WAS INSTALLED, WHILE THE ENGINE WAS NOT RUNNING, EMPLOYEE REA CHED INTO TOP OF CLUTCH TO REMOVE THE CHAIN. AN EMPLOYEE NEARBY LOST HIS BALANCE AND STRUCK THE CLUTCH LEVER ENGAGING THE CLUTCH AND SEVERING THE TIP OF INJURED'S FINGER.
