Mostrando los 6While welding, slag fell on top of EE's steel toed boot and burned through the top of the shoe. The EE was taken to the clinic and diagnosed with three small first degree burns. The wounds were cleaned thoroughly, and EE was given instructions for care and released with no restrictions or follow-up. Became reportable on 9/14/2018 after an infection was diagnosed.

EE WAS CUTTING BOLT OUT OF A TRUSS FOR DEMO, AFTER THE LAST BOLT WAS CUT AND STARTED TO REMOVE THE TRUSS IT HUNG UP, ONCE IT BECAME FREE THE SHEETING BENT BACK AND CAUGHT EE IN THE MOUTH. HE WAS TREATED AND HAD STITCHES IN HIS UPPER LIP.
EE was operating the primary crusher and using the rock hammer. He leaned over to look out the window at the rock as he used the hammer. He said his back was sore as a result.
