Employee was moving pan line to C-5 and, while attempting to re-rail a wrecked car, the track jack dislodged from underneath the car and struck their left hand, resulting in two fractures and a laceration to left little (5th) finger.

When EE hit the drill steel with the bolt wrench, the wrench bounced back and struck EE in the mouth causing lacerations to EE's lower lip/chin which required sutures and a dental injury to EE's top front teeth.
(REPORTABLE DUE TO FRACTURE) Employee was bolting on #6 Section, #3 Entry and walking back around the drill pot, when the steel hit the roof and the bolter at the same time throwing EE off balance. EE's left ring finger was caught between the steel and the back bar on the operator's deck causing a contusion to EE's fingertip. Didn't receive medical treatment until 2/16/2024.
Employee was buffing a belt for splicing while EE moved EE was struck by the buffer when the cord got stuck. Resulting in 4 stitches.
Employee was installing rib pin on left rib when EE felt pain in left shoulder, was placed in sling due to rotator cuff injury.

REPORTABLE DUE TO FRACTURE: Employee was using a Hilti drill while bolting in the top to install a belt hanger in the service entry at XC-#79 on the Longwall, when the drill spun and EE lost control of the drill and it struck EE's right-hand ring finger causing a fracture to the finger. (Started losing time on 3/3/2023)
Employee was using roofbolter to install cable bolt, when bolt came out of pusher the employee reached up and as they did, they inadvertently hit the rotation lever causing the plate to come around hitting their right lower arm causing laceration and fracture.
