On 7/28/26, an employee reported the seat in a haul truck losing air. The employer offered they operate a different piece of equipment, but they did not change equipment. On 7/31/26, the employee notified the employer they were diagnosed with a slipped back disc from the seat not working properly. The cause of the injury is under investigation.

A customer truck driver stopped their truck at the entrance of the property. They got out of the truck and went to troubleshoot a vibrating noise. Then they were just behind the passenger side front wheel, the truck began to roll backwards. The truck rolled over the driver's foot and came to a stop on top of their foot, breaking a toe.

An employee was on a skidsteer, moving materials. The employee stated they hit a bump in the road and felt a pop in their lower back. The employee sought medical treatment and was placed on restricted duty.

Worker was moving pipe from wet plant when the pipe fell and struck workers right arm causing possible occult fracture to right elbow.
