CAUSING DROP AXLE TO SWING HARD, ST RIKING EE. THIS CAUSED FRACTUR TO RT. FIBULA, POSSIBLE HAIRLINE FRACTURE TO R ANKLE, LEFT LEG SOFT TISSUE CONTUSION & POSSIBLE L KNEE STRAIN.
