Employee stated that he was hauling a load of belt structure with a scoop when he ran over a large rock and hurt his neck and back. He continued to work until 4-9-13 when his Dr. removed him from work and scheduled surgery for 5-1-13.

Employee was riding the mantrip to the section and had his foot on the post with his foot sticking out. When the mantrip passed the cable car his foot struck the car causing a sprained ankle. He was treated at Middlesboro ARH and no fractures were found. He was placed on restricted duty.

EE HAD TURNED ONTO THE COPPERS FORK HAUL ROAD AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO PUT THE TRUCK INTO A LOWER GEAR, WHEN IT ROLLED BACKWARD UPON THE BANK AND TURNED OVER IN THE HAUL ROAD. EE RECIEVED 6 STITCHES TO HIS HEAD AND WAS RELEASED.

Employee was pushing a pin back into the bucket of the skid loader when he bumped the lever causing the bucket to move resulting in his finger being pinched between the bucket and the pin. He recieved 5 stitches to his thumb.

Employee was operating a rail runner that was connected by chain to another rail runner when the chain broke and came back and struck him in the forehead. He was transported to the ER where he received 15 stitches. Employee returned to work on the next scheduled shift.

Truck rolled into pump house where workered were eating lunch. this employee had scratch on right ear.

Employee was eating lunch in the pump house when the pump house was struck by a truck. Employee suffered multiple injuries.

SHOVELING BELT LINE. EE STEPPED ON BOTTOM BELT AND IT PULLED HIS LEFT FOOT FROM UNDER HIM (STRAINED BACK).

Going up mine road to pick u pump and met a coal truck that was driving left of center of the road in a curve and collided head on.

Employee was teaching another employee to run scoop when his left foot was mashed.

EE WAS OPERATING SHUTTLE CAR WHEN HE RAN OVER A ROCK IN THE ROADWAY CAUSING HIS HEAD & KNEE TO STRIKE THE TOP. EE STARTED MISSING WORK ON 3/29/04.

EE WAS DRIVING A RUBBER THREAD MANTRIP WHEN HE RAN OVER SOME MUCK/ROCK IN THE ROADWAY STRIKING HIS HEAD ON THE TOP INJURING HIS NECK. HE BEGAN MISSING ON 1-8-2004.

EMPLOYEE HAD HIS HANDS ON THE BELT RAIL IN CLEANCOAL TUNNEL WHEN BELT STARTED SPILLING COAL ONTO HIS HANDS AND FOREARMS CAUSING LACERATIONS TO BOTH HANDS. RECEIVED 13 STITCHES IN HIS RIGHT HAN D.

AS THE RAILRUNNER WAS GOING BY A CRIB, A BLOCK FROM THE CRIB STRUCK THE COVER ON THE BATTERY CHARGER ON THE RAILRUNNER CAUSING THE COVER TO STRIKE EE IN THE LEGS BREAKING HIS RIGHT LOWER LE G.

AS THE RAILRUNNER WAS GOING BY A CRIB, A BLOCK FROM THE CRIB STRUCK THE COVER ON THE BATTERY CHARGER ON THE RAILRUNNER, CAUSING THE COVER TO STRIKE HIM IN THE RIBS.

AS EE WAS OPERATING A SCOOP, HE RAN OVER A ROCK IN THE ROADWAY WHICH RAISED HIM UP IN THE SEAT &AS HE CAME BACK DOWN HE STRAINED HIS BACK.

INJURED EMPLOYEE PLACED HAND ON A HEAD DRIVE GUARD WHEN A SPLICE CAME BY CATCHING EMPLOYEE'S HAND BREAKING HIS LOWER RIGHT ARM.
