Mostrando los 11EE was walking from pressure truck washing area across the road to the fuel barrels. As he was walking across the road, he was struck by a bulk truck that was traveling in reverse. The truck was owned /operated by contract powder company (Austin Powder Company)
EE stated that while being loaded, a rock fell into the bed of his truck, causing him to be jarred in the cab.

While operating a 992G loader, the employee was bounced in the seat, the seat belt pulled against his stomach.
