Mostrando los 34Employee was attempting to pull a coupler cover from in between the top and bottom belt. The employee lost footing and fell on back. Employee was seen by a doctor and performed employee's regular duties until MRI results came in on 9/27/2024 and was placed on restricted duty due to protruding disks.
The employee was walking through #3 intersection when EE tripped and started to fall. The employee extended EE's left arm downward to help break EE's fall and suffered a separated shoulder.
Employee was using a prybar to reposition the oil tank on a dozer. EE's prybar slipped causing the employee to fall backward and hurt EE's lower back.

EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING OUT OF AN OFFICE TRAILER THEY TOOK A STEP ONTO THE LANDING OF THE STEPS AND PIVOTED ON THEIR FOOT TO TURN. EE FELT A POP AND PAIN IN THE RIGHT KNEE WHILE TURNING. EE CONTINUED TO WORK FULL DUTIES UNTIL THE SURGERY DATE 8/18/2022.
The injured miner was crossing the beltline and slipped in muddy conditions while stepping off the beltline. When the injured miner slipped, was holding onto a chain and injured shoulder. The injured miner was not able to go to the shoulder specialist until August 3, 2021.
The injured miner was removing a large piece of rock that fell on top of the continuous miner. While applying force to the rock, the miner slipped and the miner's face contacted the rock and caused a laceration. Three sutures was required to close the wound.
EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING THE BOLTER. AS EE WAS CARRYING BOLTS EE STEPPED IN A HOLE IN THE BOTTOM. THE NEXT DAY EE WOKE UP WITH PAIN AND NUMBNESS IN RIGHT LEG FROM HIP TO FOOT. EE CONTINUED TO PERFORM NORMAL DUTIES UNTIL EE WAS PLACED OFF OF WORK ON 3/16/2021 BY EE'S PHYSICIAN.
Employee was crossing over the haulage unit when EE stepped down off EE stepped in a hole twisting knee. Employee continued working full duty until 10-05-2020 when the doctor placed EE on restricted duty. Employee is scheduled for surgery on 10-20-2020.
EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING IN DEEP MUD WHILE HANGING GUARDING AT DRIVE. WHEN EMPLOYEE WENT TO GET UP FOOT WAS STUCK CAUSING KNEE TO TWIST RESULTING IN A SMALL MEDIAL MENISCUS TEAR IN RIGHT KNEE. EMPLOYEE WORKED REGULAR DUTIES UNTIL SURGERY WAS PERFORMED 2/7/2020.
Employee slipped on ice in the parking lot while walking to rock truck. Employee was diagnosed with a herniated disc in lower back. Continued to work until surgery date on March 28, 2019.
Employee slipped going down ice-covered steps on Hitachi Shovel and fell, injuring back and neck. Employee continued to work normal job until ee was seen by orthopedic surgeon on 3/14/2019 and placed off work.

The employee was walking beside the Rail Road cars at the load out facility checking the doors on the cars. The employee stepped onto a rock and the rock rolled over and the employee fell into a small ditch. The employee continued to work and did not receive any medical treatment until 7/19/2017.
