Conveyor went down due to being overloaded and they commenced to clearing the belt off to get back running when employee was repositioning feet they caused them to fall down on the rock surface below conveyor landing on their back onto the loose rocks. CT scans and x-rays determined they had compound fractures in their T1, T11 and T12 discs in the back along with a bruised lung.

EE denied medical treatment. On Monday 6/23/2025 the employee did notify management that EE would seek medical treatment.
