Mostrando 50 de 284EE was exiting a Broderson mobile crane and caught their foot on the bottom edge of the Broderson doorway. The EE tripped and fell approximately 18-20 inches striking their left knee on the ground. The fall caused a minor scrape to their left knee, at a follow up appointment on 1/6/2026 the diagnosis changed to a closed nondisplaced transverse fracture of left patella.
Employee arrived to work for the start of day shift. On their way into the truck shop from their personal vehicle, the employee slipped and fell on ice in the parking lot and broke their hip. Employee was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
Employee was walking outside of the unload pocket when they stepped into a wash-out injuring their lower back.
While rotating a haul truck final drive during re-assembly per service manual instructions, two employees were using long pry bars to rotate hub assembly. Pit electrician was picking up a 13.8kV cable head when force released from the cable and pushed EE to the ground, injuring EE's shoulder. EE is currently in PT.
