He was walking down steps from control room, halfway down his left foot slipped. He went down and hit his left hip and his leg went under him. He was holding on to the hand rail with his right hand and slipped down about 3 steps.

During the time his knee popped he stumbled then twisted his lower back. This we believe should be a medical issue from a previous old injury and should not be a MSHA reportable injury.
