Employee was using a pry bar when it slipped and hit his thumb.

EE had exited cab of 45 ton mobile crane & was walking on deck to outrigger to step down to the ground. He allegedly saw a spot of grease on the motor compartment & bent down to wipe if off. As he raised up he hit his head on the jib section which was folded up alongside of the boom. EE staggered & fell off the mobile crane to the ground below ( six foot fall).

Employee was getting off his service truck when he slipped and felt something pop in his left knee.

Our employee was traveling in a "jon" boat out to a dredge. The boat had a small outboard motor attached to it. The throttle on the engine malfunctioned and the boat did not decelerate as anticipated. The boat then struck a ladder attached to the dredge. Upon impact, our employee fell forward, striking his knee on the deck.

Employee was pushing with dozer; ran over a rock that he could not see. When he came off the rock the jarring slammed him into the seat breaking his tailbone.

Employee was getting off his dozer; he slipped and as he fell his left leg got caught between the push arm and the track. The employee broke both bones in his lower leg.

He had to have 7 stitches.

PC1800 was digging on a hard place in the pit. The bucket came in contact with an unfired booster and set it off. The bucket was on top of the primer. No damage just a few rocks sprayed in the immediate area. Also a loud bang.

He was lifting a piece of steel. He place a chain on the plate and on a loader bucket. When he lifted the plate he reached under the plate to move a cross tie; then the chain slipped off the loader bucket. The plate dropped and caught his right thumb and index finger.

Getting parts number, going down steps he slipped and fell.

Injured employee was leaning over a pulley area and suffered an injury to his knee.
