A roof fall has occurred in the 2nd subpanel southeast between x-cut 36-37 in the pillar line return neutral. The fall measured 50'x6'x18' and was caused by a kidney bed in the mine roof. The area was supported by 5' fully grouted roof bolts and was mined in March 2012. There were no injuries and ventilation and the passage of men were not affected.

The area was supported by 5' fully grouted glue bolts and was mined in December 2011. There were no injuries and ventilation and the passage of men were not affected.
