THE EMPLOYEE WA8 WORKING ON A CHUTE ON A SIZING SCREEN WHEN THE CONVEYOR HE WAS SITTING ON WAS TURNED ON. THE CONVEYOR CARRIED HIM BACKWARD HITTING HIS BACK ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE CHUTE.
