The contract employee had finished loading supplies on a man-trip when the employee bent down to lift lunch box. When employee lifted lunch box employee felt a pain in their back. The following were not a factor: rules, regulations, mining systems or equipment, training, protective clothing or devices. Attitude may have been a factor. Did not start to lose time until 3/2/2019.
