Injured employee was Operating a Caterpillar 777 haulage truck when the loader operator that was loading EE's truck dumped a large rock into the truck that "jarred" the truck. Employee was jarred and felt pain in their lower back.

Note: the driver was in a tractor trailer coal truck hauling raw coal from the surface area to the prep-plant several miles away EE stated that the haul road was rough and caused pain and discomfort.
