Employee was opening the outby set of airlock doors in #5 entry. While EE was trying to open them, the door went back shut on EE's right hand. EE didn't know the inby set of doors was open where they was trying to bring scoop out.
Tripped on uneven ground at pump area by creek. Fell onto 6" stone mostly on EE's left side. This happen while EE and another EE were fishing out suction hose from the creek with a backhoe to hook up suction hose for creek pump
Building stopping in a line with other employees handing block to each other. They got mixed up and dropped block on EE's finger.
Employee was beating a bearing off the shaft on the dryer with a sledge hammer while prying with a bar. While beating the bearing a piece of metal went into EE's eye.
Checking damaged wire on transformer balcony. Arc flash occurred. Fell off platform to the ground below it. Approx 3 feet.
Three men attempting to remove a large rock from raw coal belt. Two were lifting the rock, one was using a slate bar to pry. Slate bar slipped from beneath the rock striking one of the lifters in the left eye.
