The miner was walking under the primary crushed stone plant when an approximately 3" stone fell from the conveyor belt and hit his hardhat and took a part of the neck area. The miner was immediately taken to the hospital where medical attention was provided. The tests showed a bruise on the neck area. The miner was sent home to rest.

Mostrando los 14The miner was performing repairs on a feeder. A loader operator threw 3' material on feeder by mistake making an entrapment. The trapped miner was removed quickly from the feeder without injuries. Paramedics rushed to the site and examined the miner and luckily there were no injuries. The miner is in good health and was sent home for rest.
The operator began some repairs to the hydraulic hammer of a Komatsu excavator and suffered back pain because of the position he was in. He continued working with some pain but reported the injury and left the worksite immediately after the pain worsened.

EE SLIPPED AS HE WAS GETTING ON THELOADER & FELL BACKWARD ON THE FLOOR HE HURT HIS BACK
ON FRIDAY 4-7 EE WAS CLEANING A METAL TBE AT THE PLANT HE OPERATES AN A APPARENTLY WAS AFFECTED BY THE DUST SINCE THE NEXT DAY WHEN HE WOKE UP HIS EYE WAS RED ADN HE FELT SOME PAIN.
DURING A HOLD UP, THE PERSON MENTIONED BELOW WAZS TAKEN AS A HOSTAGE TO FORCE ENTRY INTO THE QUARRYS DISPATCH OFFICE, WHERE HE WAS THEN TOLD TO LAY DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND WAS SHOT 3 TIMES BY TH E THEIVES.
INJURED WAS HELPING TO INSTALL TRANSMISSION WHENTHE LEVER WHICH HE WAS USING TO HOIST THE TRANS MISSION SLIPPED & CRUSHED HIS MIDDLE FINGER IN HIS RIGHT HAND.
EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A PIN IN THE CRANE'S BOOM WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL FROM THE PLATFORM AREA ABOUT 6' OFF THE GROUND & LANDED ON HIS RIGHT ARM.
HE WAS CLEANING THE CONVEYOR BELT WITH A STEEL ROD. AS HE TRIED TO LOOSEN MATERIAL UNDER ONE OF THE CONVEYOR ROLLERS, THE ROD WAS CAUGHT ALONG WITH THE EMPLOYEE'S HAND. HIS LEFT HAND WAS CUT A S IT WAS PINNED BY THE ROLLER AGAINS THE RIM.
EE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN THE BACK AS HE LEANED OVER TO PICK UP A PART FROM THE FLOOR. AND WASN'T ABLE TO STRAIGHTEN HIS BACK BECAUSE OF THE PAIN.
I.NAME INSTALLING REPAIRED PART IN BULLDOZER.WENT TO CHECK PART OUT,IT SLIPPED AND PINNED HIM AGAINST GROUND.RIGHT SHOULDER.
THE EMPLOYEE FELL AS HE WAS GETTING OUT OF THE TRUCK AT THE END OF HIS SHIFT. HE SAID THAT HE JUMPED AND FELL ON HIS LEFT ANKLE WHICK PRODUCED A SMALL FRACTURE.
PAINTING A CONVEYOR AND SMALL PARTICLE FELL INTO HIS EYE.
