Employee was in loader taking directions from injured. The loader was lifted up in front, and then dropped. He got out and found injured on the ground.

Laying on back on floor installing a blowbar on a crusher. The blowbar was sitting in a chain hold. The chain slipped and the blowbar fell on his chest and he was unable to remove it. He called to another employee who used a floor jack to lift it. He was taken immediately to the hospital by private car. He had an x-ray and CAT scan of his stomach.
The worker was climbing down off the plant structure and stepped on a rock that was covered by snow when he stepped to the ground.

HE WAS TRYING TO MOVE FULL 55 GALLON DRUM OF CLEANING SOLVENT. HE SLIPPED, THOUGHT HE HAD PULLED A CHEST MUSCLE, INSTEAD HE FRACTURED A RIB.
SLIPPED ON ICE ON CATWALK WHICH WAS ON THE DRAGLINE--FELL TO GROUND--DISTANCE OF 5'.
EMPLOYEE WAS PREPARING TO PAINT. HE PUT ON A PAINT MASK AND WORKED 1 HOUR. HE CLEANED UP THE TOOLS AND WENT HOME. ABOUT 30 MIN AFTER HE WAS WAS HOME HE HAD TROUBLE BREATHING AND STATED VOMITIN G. HE THEN WENT TO THE HOSPITAL.

HE SAID HE HAD A TORN CARTLAGE & NEEDED SURGERY. I DIDNT KNOW HE HAD HURT IT THE 1ST TIME AS HE WASNT OFF WORK & JUST DOCTORED HIS KNEE HIMSELF. HE TOLD ME ABOUT IT WHEN HE CAME IN TO SEE ME ABOUT
DOOR SLAMMED SHUT ON FINGER AFTER SLIPPING FROM HAND.
