DRIVING LOADER TO GET BUCKETFUL OF DIRT, OPERATOR ACCIDENTALLY HIT THE BUCKET RELEASE. THE BUCKET DROPPED TO THE GROUND, CAUSING THE LOADER TO COME TO AN ABRUPT STOP. THE OPERATOR WAS NOT WEAR ING SEATBELT, THEREFORE HE HIT THE STEERING WHEEL.
