I NAME WAS REMOVING COAL FROM A BLOCK RECENTLY UNCOVERED. HE SAID THE COAL WAS HARD AND DIFFICULT TO REMOVE. HE SAID A TRACK WAS LOOSE AND CAUSED THE BACK HOE TO OPERATE ROUGH. HE FELT THE ROU OPERATION CAUSED THE MACHINE TO JAR CAUSING HIS HEAD TO TWIST CAUSING DAMAGE TO VERTEBRA A SPLINTER OF BONE PUNCTURED A MUSCLE CAUSING NUMBNESS.
