Minor back spasm caused by strain and unusual position.

Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee was attempting to access the dredge via the skiff boat. He stepped over onto the skiff boat without realizing there was frost on the seat. Employee slipped on the frost and fell back and hit his head. This caused a laceration that required five staples.

Struck by... (Not Elsewhere Classified)

The employee reached into the rock box for conveyor #8 and #9 in order to get a piece of metal that was hung up. The metal slid down and cut his left wrist, requiring stitches.
