Had just repaired the drill and was watching it drill to make sure repairs worked when a hose blew apart. Took off running to get away and blew out left knee.

Employee was a supervisor who was working with the plant electricians while replacing a transformer that had failed. The employee was attempting to remove insulation from the 750 CFM cable when his knife slipped and resulted in a laceration to the back of his left thumb.
