Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

Mechanic was working under normal conditions, he was not under any unusual stress or strain. He was installing a drain plug in a wheel loader, wheel differential, which is on a vertical plane on the face of wheel hub. He was turning a ratchet, an felt a pop in his left bicep muscle and the muscle was at least partially torn.

Employee had removed his safety glasses and had dust blown into his right eye causing a corneal abrasion that required a prescribed antibiotic ointment.

Struck against a moving object

Third party vehicle (NON EMPLOYEE) ran a stop sign (public roadway) at a T intersection and with boulders that were used for a perimeter barrier at the East Quarry.
